Steven M. Buckman is the president of Palisades Title Company. Mr. Buckman concentrates his practice on title, foreclosure, commercial leasing, condominium, and other real estate related issues. He frequently serves as an expert witness in related matters. He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and the State of New York, as well as the federal courts of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. Mr. Buckman received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Maryland. He has conducted numerous seminars for the real estate industry in Washington, DC, and Maryland. In addition, he has conducted seminars for the District of Columbia and Maryland Land Title Associations on title and other real estate matters, as well as for the National Business Institute, Lorman and Half-Moon Seminars. He co-authored Mastering Real Estate Titles and Title Insurance in Washington, DC, and Washington, DC, Real Estate Title Law: Problems and Solutions. He holds membership status in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, the American Land Title Association, and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He is a former president of the District of Columbia Land Title Association in which he served as a Board Member for over 15 years, and he currently acts as a Director of the Maryland Land Title Association.

Nancy Gusman is a settlement attorney with Palisades Title Company. Ms. Gusman has been practicing real estate law for over 20 years. Prior to joining Palisades Title Company, she served as underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company. Ms. Gusman has been very active in the structuring and financing of commercial and residential real estate transactions, and has developed expertise in handling complex issues such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, distress transactions, delayed settlement transactions, poor credit financing, and advising clients with respect to state and federal regulations in financing. She currently serves as Chair of the Education Committee for the Maryland Land Title Association, and teaches at many educational events.

Anjanette Tinney-Young is a settlement attorney with Palisades Title Company. Ms. Tinney-Young received her B.A. degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1999 with a major in Economics. In 2003, she earned her J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, she was a member of the Barrister's Council Trial Advocacy Division, participated in the Street Law Clinic, and successfully competed on the national level in mock trial competitions. Her practice focuses on various title and real-estate related issues. Ms. Tinney-Young is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and dcprobono.net, a national, nonprofit organization that works to increase access to justice for poor and moderate-income people and for other vulnerable populations.

Jason Guetzkow serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Palisades Title Company and supervises the post-closing and title policy fulfillment department of Palisades Title Company. He studied media issues at the University of California at Berkeley, earning an A.B. in 1994. The New York University School of Law awarded a J.D. to him in 1997. While at NYU, he served as an editor of The Review of Law and Social Change. At Palisades Title Company, he focuses on the implications that finance, zoning, foreclosure, condominium regime, and lease issues can have on both residential and commercial title.
